Chemically Defined Media (Fibroblast Hybridoma Myeloma)
Normal Human Fibroblast (Function Analysis & Vaccine Production)
FI200 medium (CD medium)
For fibroblasts "NHDF, MRC-5, etc."
FI200 medium is a chemically defined medium / serum-free medium optimized for the growth of normal human fibroblasts (NHDF cells, MRC-5 cells, etc.) in serum-free culture. The medium contains no hydrolysates or human/animal-derived components. All components have a known chemical structure.
Fig. 1)Growth rate of normal human fibroblasts isolated from adult skin in FI200 medium.
NHDF cells subcultured in DMEM with 10% FBS were directly inoculated at 5.0 x 10e4 cells/mL and incubated into FI200 medium (6 mL with 2 mM Gln) supplemented with FBS in T25 flasks at 37℃ and 5% CO2.
Fig. 4)Growth rate of normal human fibroblasts isolated from fetal lung in FI200 medium.
MRC-5 cells subcultured in MEMα with 10% FBS were directly inoculated at 5.0 x 10e4 cells/mL and incubated into FI200 medium (6 mL with 2 mM Gln) with 1% FBS in T25 flasks at 37℃ and 5% CO2.
Fig. 5)Growth rate of normal human fibroblasts isolated from fetal lung in FI200 medium.
MRC-5 cells subcultured in MEMα with 10% FBS were directly inoculated at 5.0 x 10e4 cells/mL and incubated into FI200 medium (6 mL with 2 mM Gln) with 0.5% FBS in T25 flasks at 37℃ and 5% CO2.
