For 293 cells "Expi293F, 293-F, HEK293, 293T, VPC, etc."
Gxpress 293 Feed medium is a chemically defined medium / serum-free medium for using in fed-batch culture and optimized for the high production of recombinant proteins in human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells, such as Expi293F, 293-F, HEK293, 293T, or VPC cells. The medium contains no proteins, hydrolysates, or human/animal-derived components. All components have a known chemical structure.

Expi293F cells adapted to HE300AZ medium were incubated at a cell density of 3.0 x 10e5 cells/mL with HE300AZ medium (30 mL) in 125 mL sharker flasks and rotated at 125 rpm, 37℃, and 5% CO2. Gxpress 293 Feed medium was added on day 3 at 3 mL.

293T cells adapted to HE300AZ medium were incubated at a cell density of 3.0 x 10e5 cells/mL with HE300AZ medium (30 mL) in 125 mL sharker flasks and rotated at 125 rpm, 37℃, and 5% CO2. Gxpress 293 Feed medium was added on day 3 at 3 mL.

Expi293F cells adapted to HE300AZ medium were incubated at a cell density of 3.0 x 10e5 cells/mL with HE200 medium (30 mL with 2 mM Ala-Gln) in 125 mL sharker flasks and rotated at 125 rpm, 37℃, and 5% CO2. Gxpress 293 Feed medium was added on day 3 at 3 mL.
